Shipping
We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all US orders over $50. Orders below $50 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $5.99. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
Express Shipping is available for $12.99, with delivery in 2–3 business days. Overnight Shipping is available for $24.99, with delivery in 1–2 business days.
Canadian orders ship at a flat rate of $9.99 CAD, with delivery in 7–10 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight, with delivery typically in 10–20 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Standard Policy

- Free Standard Shipping applies to all US orders of $50 or more after any discounts.
- Express and Overnight shipping options are available at checkout for eligible addresses.
- Canadian orders ship at a flat rate and may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
- International orders (excluding Canada) are shipped via standard international carriers; delivery times vary by destination.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@coolasell.shop within 7 days with photos.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted international locations.
- If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund within 2 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address at our discretion.

Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date for all US orders — no reason required. We also accept returns of items with minor defects or imperfections. There are no return fees, restocking fees, or refund processing fees. Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive and confirm your return.
We do not offer international returns or exchanges at this time (excluding Canada). Canadian orders can be returned with at-rate shipping, and are eligible for a full refund of duties & taxes. Please email us at support@coolasell.shop for more information.
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable laws and exclusions.
Standard Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it — no reason required.
We accept returns of unused items as well as items with minor defects or imperfections.
There are no return label fees, restocking fees, or any other refund-related charges. You will not pay any fees for returns or refunds.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date we receive and confirm your return.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Only items that have been purchased directly on https://coolasell.shop can be returned to us.
Items purchased online must be returned online and cannot be returned in stores.
We have the right to deny credit if the return does not meet our policy requirements (for example, heavily damaged due to misuse, or returned after the 30-day window).
If you’d like an exchange, please make a return and place a new order.
International orders, excluding Canada, are final.
